Dr. Stephanie Bernard is a renowned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in clinical care, nutrition, and health education. As a Registered Dietitian, Physician Assistant, and Academic Professor, she brings a unique, evidence-based perspective to the powerful intersection of food and medicine. Her practical, motivating approach empowers individuals to nourish their bodies with purpose, confidence, and abundance.
Stephanie earned her degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, completed her Dietetic Internship at Emory University, and trained as a Physician Assistant at Yale University. She later earned her Doctor of Education degree from Shenandoah University, where she now serves as Associate Director and Director of Didactic Education in the Division of Physician Assistant Studies.
